As a reminder, the election company is in the management office until the start of the meeting (8PM) for anyone who wishes to vote in person.

If you lost your ballot, you can come in person to vote as well.

Do you need the exterminator to visit your unit?

Shareholders,

If you are experiencing issues with roaches, mice or bees please contact the management office to schedule a visit from our exterminator, Standard Pest Exterminating.

Standard visits the grounds four times a month; 3 Wednesdays & 1 Saturday.

Holidays may change the schedule however the fixed schedule is as follows:

1st, 3rd & 4th Wednesday and the 3rd Saturday.

Dear all Shareholders:

NYC offers many credits for its residents, head on over to the NYC.GOV website below to check your eligibility!

Please be reminded that if you turn 64 in 2024 you are eligible to sign up for your SCRIE/SCHE exemption online.

Remember, any forms you fill out MUST be for Co-Ops.

Kindly follow this link : https://www8.tax.ny.gov/STRP/strpStart  to sign up for the STAR credit.

If you are not receiving a Property Tax Abatement, and this is your primary residence, please contact the management office.
