The leadership of the Presidents’ Co-op and Condo Council is pleased to announce that we have been invited to participate in an “Affordability for All” rally taking place at The Cumberland Courtyard at Hilltop Village.

It is critically important that we have a strong turnout from co-op shareholders. This an opportunity to send a clear and unified message to New York City and New York State legislators: The growing number of unfunded mandates is placing co-ops in an increasingly precarious financial position. Your presence matters.

REMINDER / Bell Park Gardens Annual Meeting

This is a reminder that the BPG Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday May 21st at 7:30PM on zoom.

Maintenance staff will deliver the election envelopes in the coming weeks.

Do you need the exterminator to visit your unit?

If you are experiencing issues with roaches, mice or bees please contact the management office to schedule a visit from our exterminator, Standard Pest Exterminating.

Standard visits the grounds four times a month; 3 Wednesdays & 1 Saturday.

Holidays may change the schedule however the fixed schedule is as follows:

1st, 3rd & 4th Wednesday and the 3rd Saturday.

NYC offers many credits for its residents, head on over to the NYC.GOV website below to check your eligibility!

Please be reminded that if you turn 64 in 2026 you are eligible to sign up for your SCRIE/SCHE exemption online.

Remember, any forms you fill out MUST be for Co-Ops.

If you are not receiving a Property Tax Abatement, and this is your primary residence, please contact the management office.
